More on…Art of the Soul Retreat at Rancho La Zaca,
March 2022

Santa Ynez Valley Rainbow Art of the Soul

As we resolve what we want to do in ’22, might we also choose how we want to be? I’m thinking if we get the being part right, the doing will come naturally, hearing our heart’s song and aligning with our purpose will follow. This is the Art of the Soul.

Your soul’s voice is your true self speaking. It is who you were born to be, your greatest joy and your deepest meaning.  In our Art of the Soul weekend retreat March 3-5 at Rancho La Zaca, we’ll explore a variety of fun, take-home-able, non-woo-woo tools and techniques to access your soul’s voice via mind, body, and spirit. And please feel free to share this with like-minded friends and seekers.

You’ll use your creativity, but you don’t have to be artistic.

Art of the soul at Rancho La Zaca
No art skills are required to practice the Art of the Soul, though it is a creative practice in the best sense of the word: fun, playful, and lighthearted.

You’ll contemplate, meditate, and journal, but you don’t have to be a Buddha. You’ll walk and do a bit of really-easy-we-promise yoga, but you don’t have to be an athlete.

Yoga at Art of the Soul
Yoga in the open air is the best.

And finally, we’ll do all the above and eat like the goddesses and gods we are in a beautiful setting. Because even goddesses have to eat.

Lunch is served daily in the olive orchard.

Hearing our soul voice and honoring it is what we were born to do. It is why we are here, what we are here for, and how we bring our light to the world. And y’all know bringing our light to the world is my thang.

Join fellow Martha Beck-certified Master Life Coach (yogini and adorable person) Angelene Price and me (sometimes adorable)  for two and a half days of intellectual, emotional, and creative connection of mind, body, and spirit. Oh, and gorgeous gourmet meals by Rancho La Zaca’s own Chef Stephanie Valentine.

Follow your heart to your art of the soul, March 3-5, in magical southern California. Click HERE to reserve your place, or CONTACT for more information. $1375 includes the retreat and all the trimmings, two delicious lunches and two gorgeous dinners at Rancho La Zaca. We are all artists of the soul. With our spirit as palette and our integrity as brush, we can express our truest vision.

Oh, and JIC you feel called to this retreat but  the timing is off for you, I  invite you to book private sessions with me by phone or Zoom. I can take only a limited number of clients but I love working one-on-one, and the sessions are tailored especially to your unique goals, quests, or concerns. An introductory session, as available, is free and fun. CONTACT me here.

  1. This reminds me of Canyon Ranch in the 90’s but way better. I am not traveling until the virus is more under control, so not signing up.
I want to take your test to see if I am who I should be
