Art of the Soul Retreat

Art of the Soul
“Soul artists” take a stroll around Rancho La Zaca.

Your soul’s voice is your true self speaking. It is who you were born to be, your greatest joy and your deepest meaning.  In our Art of the Soul weekend retreat, we’ll explore a variety of fun, take-home-able, non-woo-woo tools and techniques to access your soul’s voice via mind, body, and spirit. And please feel free to share this with like-minded friends and seekers.

We are all artists of the soul. With our spirit as palette and our integrity as brush, we can express our truest vision. CONTACT ME HERE if you are interested, or merely curious 🙂

You’ll use your creativity, but you don’t have to be artistic.

Art of the soul at Rancho La Zaca
No art skills are required to practice the Art of the Soul. A  creative session is fun, playful, and lighthearted.

You’ll contemplate, meditate, and journal, but you don’t have to be a Buddha. You’ll walk and do a bit of really-easy-we-promise yoga, but you don’t have to be an athlete.

Yoga at Art of the Soul
Yoga in the open air is the best.

Lunch is served daily in the olive orchard.

Hearing our soul voice and honoring it is what we were born to do. It is what we are here for and how we bring our light to the world. Join fellow Martha Beck-certified Master Life Coach (yogini and adorable person) Angelene Price and me (sometimes adorable)  for two and a half days of intellectual, emotional, and creative connection of mind, body, and spirit.

Oh, and JIC meanwhile, I  invite you to book private sessions with Angelene or me by phone or Zoom. I love working one-on-one, and the sessions are tailored especially to your unique goals, quests, or concerns. CONTACT me for a free 30-minute intro session.

  1. Your retreats and workshops look amazing! A friend and I are interested in attending your “Art of the Soul” retreat but are curious as to how many participants there are? Thank you

    1. Hi Diane and we would love to have you. We do keep the group small, ideally with 10 to 12 guests, but no more than 12. Feel free to email me at FrancesSchultz@mac.com if you’d like to talk. I am happy to hear from you. Thank you so much for your interest and for taking the time to write. Warmly, Frances
