This is just delicious. A tender, moist, lightly crumbly pound cake made with butter AND cream cheese. Oh yes. Loaded with a creamy orange flavor, or you can substitute lemon. It’s the perfect thing for afternoon tea, which one loves. Though to be honest sometimes one skips the tea and has a Diet Coke instead, and cake is also good with that.
